[Resolved] Razorpay.com — payment made through their gateway for irctc train tickets | |||
On 3rd december 2017m two train tickets were booked. One was for journey on 3/12/17 through irctc train for 3ac. The second was for journey 10/12/17 through irctc train for 2ac. Both the tickets were for two persons - both senior citizens. Rupees 822.05 for 3ac including razorpay commission (As gateway) was debited from my bank account. And rupees 1170.83 (Including gateway commmssion) was debited for 2ac train ticket from my bank account. Both these tickets were cancelled on 4/12/17. Irctc after deducting the cancellation amount sent me mail saying that rupees 745/- (For 2ac) and rupees 440/- (For 3ac) would be credited to my bank account through the same method through which it was debited earlier i. E. Rupees 1170.83 and rupees 822.05. Today it is 12th of december 2017 and am still waiting for this amount to be credited in my account. Is there anyone in razorpay.com who is listening.
