RBI — prize money

I have paid the amount of rs. 2, 77, 000 approx which includes rbi holding charges (49, 950) rbi holding charges (22, 950), gst (36870), 4500 (Registration charges) 18435 (Account tax), 43, 800 (Account converted to current), 15500 (Late payment charges), 28, 500- (Transfer charges), 10, 000 (To get rbi transfer secret code i. E 99710) and 41, 950 (Income tax) to get prize money of rs. 7, 50, 000. But of as of now i have not received the amount. They are asking another 15, 500/- for noc charges but i have not given. I asked them to returned my entire amount but they are telling 10% returned amount charges will be applicable.

I got a call from them in mid sep 15 and till now it is going on.

Kindly resolve my problem. I want my money should be back. All transactions is done through paytm, bank transfer and google pay.
