Dear sir,
I have asked for settlement letter from bank for my credit card overdue. The letter then reached me on 15th feb from and asked me to make me immediate payment. Which i told them that i will pay as i was about to get payment from somewhere. On saturday i received call from mr nikhil tomar (Deputy manger-cards collection) and to them i said by monday i will make payment. Today mr vishal ([protected]) and some other agent ([protected]) started calling my relatives and started using filthy and abusive language to me and towards my niece seema. He literally caller her and said "maa chud jayegi" pardon my wording here but he used this language towards a girl.
What sort of recovery agents you (Rbl) has employed
I don't want to receive any call from him
Also i am putting a complaint to banking ombudsman to see him off from his duty

I have RBL credit card every month these people cut around ₹ 1700/- from my card. I don't know what to do please help..
