I also suffered a lot for cancellation of my supercard bajaj-rbl. But fortunately by god's grace national consumer helpline (Number 14404, [protected], & [protected] came to my help. Because of their email to [protected]@rblbank.com; my card cancellation process was completed. But before that nobody replied to my mails and responded to phone calls. I have requested to close by RBL bank credit card 6 months ago, for my surprise, I received the bill for 1179/- this month Aug 2018. I have tried reaching to customer support multiple times but unable to reach them. Please call me on [protected].
