RBL Bank — bajaj rbl super card cancellation request

I have raised request 4 times for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but 20 days completed but card is not cancelled & i have two card now this problem will not resolve me we are going to cancelled my all cards i am not interested to your bank relationship please make it soon
