[Resolved] RBL Bank — Card not delivered and transaction done
Hi my name is Neeraj kumar Badgujar. I would like to bring in your notice. I applied Rbl credit card and here problem starts. I didn't received my card and last time i got call from Rbl bank and i told to executive i am not in town after 22 April 2021 so kindly delivered my card before that particular date and the person assured me i will collect my card on preferred date but i didn't received it. After that i got a call on 29 April 2021 about how's your card going and i told that agent about not received any Rbl credit card till now. Also told him about not want any card so kindly cancel it. After that amount 16160 transaction done on my card. When i realised about it i immediately inform Rbl bank customer care center on same day 29 april 2021 at 2:40pm and they raise complaint about it. Today i call Rbl customer care and agent says to me my request is closed and request closed with notes of customer share otp.
Now my concern is i did not received card and same thing told my customer care agent to me, than from where my information going to be shared, either it has shared by bank or courier team, like my card number and expiry date.
Kindly look in this matter and revert me also attached my Rbl complaint number.

My problem fraud with card still not resolve till today and they will generate the bill which i am not going to pay because i did not use it. Kindly ask to Rbl bank
