RBL Bank — closing of my rbl credit card no response from bank officials

My name is Palanivel K and i am an existing customer of rbl credit card. I cleared all my dues and contacted the customer care to close my card. The customer care people says, they don't have authority to cancel the card and they schedule a call with the escalation department also the Customer Care people says my registered mobile not able to connected through RBL but i registered the details with my registered mobile only. Always the given fake details to avoid the customers and hurt their passion.
