RBL Bank — credit card, calling again and harassing | |||
The collection team called my friend shabnoor at 13:15, you are not suppose to call twice after reaching and having a word with the customer, he forced her and said give money his name was suraj, phone number [protected]. He was forcing her to make the payment and even said you are not making the payment. He was not even listening to her, she said i told deepali about the same too. Suraj said why after two days why not today, shabnoor said i gave you the reason to it already, she asked suraj did you hear me. Suraj said i did you are not making the payment because you dont have money. Shabnoor said what made you said that i dont have money, i told you i am out of station. Suraj was admin asking the money, shabnoor said if its going to hamper my cibil or have to make extra payment than i will do it my responsibility dont forced me to do so, without knowing where am i. Sir i been receving msg from long time, but i hvnt rcd any super credit card n its showing yearlycharges to be paid n its qrittn bajaj rbl card whereas bajaj is denying thats its not from our side, pls cancell if any card issued from ur side, if not done i will hv to take the matter to the upper authority.
