I paid credit card bill for the month of june. The payment reflected late after on the system by about 7-8 days and i had provided proofs of the payment to the agen on call.
In july i made a late payment due my personal issues and it did the agent said it does not reflect. I still provided to the femail agent and she said it might take time for the payment to reflect on the system. I did not get a call from then. Then a male agent called and started being rude. More then one agent was on calls and even on whats app. I dont know if whats app is allowed for the agents to user. The language of the agent was so rude and arogant. When i told the agent that i will complain he replyed"do what ever you want to do, i dont care". If this is the way the agents will talk to the customer. Need this excilated as the whats app calls were rude when the agent spoke to my wife too. Was this information helpful? |
