[Resolved] RBL Bank — credit card insurance: no insurance no or insurer name in the policy

I received a free bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card free without applying. I thought i will use this. After 3 months, they offered us insurance scheme for health, personal accident insurance and card protection in emi. The insurance certificate delayed and i got one by mail after a month. It did not show the name of the insured person, insurance no or sum insured, for the past more than one month, i am following up with this people by mail and phone, after repeated assurance till there is no solution. My credit application was rejected by RBL, i want to know the reason . As I am having good CIBIL score, I dont know why you rejected my card. My application reference number is #CCR3W81OXK . Please do reply else I will file a case against rbl for defaming customers. .
