I am contacting you in regards to my account with your company, account ([protected]). My total outstanding was 1, 45, 347.9/- as per last two month statement i am making your payment, on 28th september i made your made payment of rs.6600/- then 5th october i made it again 38, 748/-and then i made 47, 000/- on 24th november as per your last statement my total outstanding was showing 99, 999/- i made 47, 000/- on 24th november according this my balance is 52, 999/- now day before yesterday i got your statement on mail i checked it properly there is mention charge off manual zeroisation so discuss with your customer care executive related same she said your card was settle so without any intimation on call & letter & mail how could you settle my card i am not denying to make your payment and i did not discuss anything about this before so why you settle my card please tell me what is this..? I want to remove charge off from my card and want to make your full payment so please tell me what should i have to do for this.
According to my understanding of the fair credit reporting act, your duty as a creditor is to accurately report on all accounts and to correct any and all mistakes as found by your accounting department or by myself as the consumer. I thank you in advance for upholding the federal law as dictated by fcra, changing my account status to current, and removing the charge off immediately.
I am writing this letter to request a goodwill adjustment to my credit report in regards to this account and a removal of the charge off from my report.
