RBL Bank — extreme harassment and defamation

Hi ms. Rozina,

I am really extremely compelled to write to you, my name is ankmani shrivastav holding a card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3x0x. I have been into the banking industry, worked for barclays bank & in my last job i was national sales head, in eli. Due to downsizing, i had to give up my job. Despite of serious financial distress leading to a great mental trauma i have been making the payment as that’s my duty however not an obligation under financial distress.

I have clearly notified that i have joined a new organisation & i would be making a payment towards the card which is evident on my track. I believe no organisation gives salary in advance however my organisation tried & unfortunately failed to process for the moment for the time being. I have informed the bank in recent times that kindly bare with me in such a situation & i am ready to pay the amount requested in addition to all the charges that i have been paying hence the credit given to me is certainly not for free.

Soniya verma from the collections team has not only harassed me rather harassed my family members, my mother & clearly threatened us. She has given clear warning that rbl is going to send people at my home for hard recovery, insult you & your family, drag you out, will send the police at get you arrested & much more. All this communication has been made via personal mobile number which i will present in court later on.

I am going to pay off towards the card that is for sure because i am not a defaulter, however in my next mail i am certainly going to copy banking ombudsman, file a legal suit against mental harassment case especially under financial distress against rbl, defamation & all other related legal actions. This is unbearable & on regular basis, rbl has been calling me before due dates.

If you are able to take some necessary action then i hope the ugly reputation might go on a hold at least.
