Two unauthorized transactions of amount 15280 INR and 11165 INR has been made from my credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX 8463 for which even I didn't received any OTP . As I receive deduction message I called customer care and told about these unauthorized transactions . So bank blocked my card and raised a fraud transactions complain and mentioned wait till 45 days. Next day I also made complain in cyber cell and submitted complaint copy to bank also.
These transactions were made after issuing of new card for which I didn't made any request even when I received mail to confirm regarding the same . But I didn't confirmed still new card I received. I made call to customer care regarding the same they just mentioned we will look into this. After 1-2 days theses unauthorized transactions made.
Now bank just replied that in there back end team mentioned that transactions has been made by using my card details, cvv email mobile number and OTP. So I will be responsible for lapses and I have to pay amount of 26445 INR .
So my only concern when I timely raised this issue why bank didn't took any issue with merchant bank and reverted these transactions. Why new card issued and after my call why bank didn't took any actions. Now bank is asking me too pay for that amount for which I am not ready and I am not going to pay that amount.
