RBL Bank — harassment calls, unethical behaviour

Rbl bank has worst collection agency people, even after giving them dates and payment commitments on mail, they harass mentally via call, msgs, whatsapp etc.. Can anybody tell how can people harass on whatsapp? Is this is a legal way of communication? Inspite of request mails and poliet language they use bad words and unethical behaviour with ladies which is against their policies and rules.
