RBL Bank — misbehaving and abusing me and my family members and thresting also for payment

My name is antriksh kumar i am using a credit card of rbl bank from last 4years, these days i am facing few financial issues due to my parents decease, so that i have not paid due amount from last 3months,
After that i have received a call from rbl bank about recovery that guy abusing me and misbehave also i have few recordings of his misbehave with me and my family members also.
Please solve this issue, i want to meet that guy for pay full amount.
