Dear sir,
This is harilal g g, had applied for rbl credit card. I got the card and i didn't activate it till now. But due to some miscommunication (Due to language variation) with one of your customer care i said ok to the r-shield bundled insurance and card fraud protection. Which i understood after getting a message to my mobile number.
So kindly cancel the above mentioned insurance for the below given applicant. I need immediate solution for this problem otherwise i don't want your credit card support. I ready to surrender your card if there is no responsible.
