Dear Sir/Madam,
It's almost more than 2-3 months over I'm taking follow up regarding my complaint. But I have not received any positive response from their side. I have also sent a mail on [protected]@rblbank.com & [protected]@rblbank.com 2-3 times but I have not received any reply from their side on mail also.
Whenever I call customer care on[protected] they are saying we have tried to call you but I have not received the call. But I didn't receive any call from their side.
