As per the below information, rbl bank has issued the health insurance, before providing the same its was informed to me that there will not be any kind of pre conditions as your policy is group policy

But now i m planning for my gall stone surgery and enquired about the cashless treatment the insurance company has started all the unwanted stories

I m unable to contact rbl cust care as everything is on ivr and no human interaction.

Now that doctor has suggested for surgery it costs me 80, 000 rs but the insurance company is not accepting this and unable to connect to rbl bank

Pls help me to solve this

Charging too much of finance charge comparing any other bank
I am requesting to close my credit card permanently due to the same issue, Even the late fee also very high.
