This is regarding the fraud/unauthorized transactions done on my rbl bank supercard on 19-sept-2018 at around 10.30am without my knowledge. There were total 3 transactions happened for the total amount of rs.28, 399/-

But i have received emails and sms for the transaction confirmations from the rbl card services.
Kindly investigate this matter at the earliest.

S, i want to cancel my rbl bank super card because i got a call from rbl customer care on 19- sept - 2018 at 10.30am saying that they will refund my deducted amount from rbl super card but i didn't get any refund again they have done 3 transactions happened for the amount of rs.28, 399/- without my knowledge but i received emails and sms for the transaction confirmations from the rbl card services and i tryed so many times to contract customer care but i didn't get the line and i keep on mailing for the consumer complaints but till now no response from rbl bank, so this is the reason to cancel my super card, i request you to give me quick response after seeing this complaint (It's very urgent).
