[Resolved] RBL Bank — rbl bank reason to know why card rejected

Please note that i have applied for the rbl credit card reference no: #ccn7b8a13m. And all the verification is done with by rbl customer executive and they said i am eligible for the rbl platinum maxima card actually i have applied for the titanium delight credit card. And everything is done and on friday i. E., 09-march-2018 i got the message your application is approved and will dispatch the card shortly.

But after 10dayi i. E., 19-march-2018 i got the message from the rbl.
We regret to inform you that as per banks internal assessment guidelines we are unable to process your application.

I want to know the reason for reject and i am going to file a legal case against rbl bank. It effects the cibil score. Please give the reason behind rejection.

I apply for cradit card after soon give me REF NUMBER, immediately cheak my ref number n mobile no so reply doesn't match,
my ref no is #CCS909AH56 & my mobile no is [protected]..

pls solve my problem..n give me status...
