RBL Bank — rbl cards

This is regarding the RBL credit card applied through MoneyTab,
I have applied for the RBL credit Card,
almost month passed i did'nt get any card and i got the bill of 588.82 INR

I have received the message from RBL that
Dear Cardmember, your MoneyTap Card has been dispatched on 02 May'18 via Speed Post. You can track the delivery of your card using Ref. No. EB[protected]IN on https://www.indiapost.gov.in website.

Seems all information is fake and i am unable to contact customer care as well

I request you to kindly look into this, otherwise i will file the complaint agains the RBL Bank in consumer forum
