RBL Bank — rbl credit card payment fill

I have applied loan through credit card but it still resist me in my loan process just a irresponsible work by you.
I have already pay my remaining amount to RBL credit card at 07/11/2016. but it still shows remain. Please resolve it as soon as possible just because i need it on my loan process.
