RBL Bank — rbl credit card regarding payment failure through app | |
Hi, I have paid credit card bill due of rs.10000/- to my rbl credit card ending with 7714 through the netbanking of hdfc account. The amount of rs.10000/- has been deducted from my hdfc bank account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account. I havent received any payment confirmation from rbl bank also. Due to covid-19 conditions, rbl and hdfc customer support is not available. Kindly help me with the process to proceed with.? Was this information helpful? | |
