RBL Bank — Regarding payment failure through APP | |||
I have tried to make a payment of Rs.10000/- to my rbl credit card ending with 4091from online banking with my SBI Account. The amount of Rs.10000/- has been deducted from my SBI Account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account. Kindly initiate the process of refunding of the above amount or like to resolve the issue that why the above payment could not done. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also facing the same issue, How it got resolved .
Yesterday I paid with HDFC NetBanking, money got deducted but amount not credited into RBL credit card account .
Kindly help with the process
