RBL Bank — unauthorised credit card charges

I’m k. Damodar and i’m one of the user of your rbl credit card.3months ago we made a payment with my card in pepperfry.com in the form of emi for three months which is completed in the last month july 13. This we not even used the card. But we got a statement saying that i have a due amount of 2514/- but where as in statement i only have a due amount of 444/- but asking me to pay an amount of 2514/- it’s not fair and transperant i need a perfect explanation immediately and i want a clarified statement of my account also
