Reliance Communications — not able to call anywhere even to customer care

Hi

From yesterday i was not able to call any where from reliance communication even to customer care through anther operator also.
Even i did not receive any sms that network is unavailable till what time.
Its so unprofessional that we did not receive any communication from reliance network.

Please check asap.
Also please let me know how to solve the this problem.

I have paid 4000 in advance as a bill for reliance now the Rcom is shutting down then how about my extra payment, if i called to customer care the call is not connecting then how should i contact reliance...
