Rdklu.com — charging unnecessary courier fee for exchange
I ordered a couple of sandos from this website and was not satisfied with the material quality. After contacting customer care, i got to know that they only accept exchanges. So i got a new set of merchandise in exchange (After 10 days).
Again the same thing happened. The merchandise looked a little different on website and the material was polyester based. Also, the fitting was not that great. First, the company denied a second exchange request and on escalating the issue, now the company is asking for extra courier charges because they believe that their products have the perfect fitting and by agreeing for a second exchange, they are doing some kind of special favor.
On mail they said that it's not their fault that i didn't read the size chart right or if it didn't fit me well.
