Reader's Digest — Non receipt of Magazines inspite of making the payment

My Subs id is RD[protected]
Inspite of making the payment in the month of Feb 2017 I didnt received single copy of the Redears Digest.
I had contacted your customer care also but the matter is not resolved from your end.
Kindly look into the matter and deliver the magazines at the earliest or refund the payment for RS: 711.00

I have paid for subscription of readers digest but I didn't receive readers digest magazine till date . It's Already more than 3 months when I made payment. I got only the free magazine which I got because of subscription and the same guy who delivered me that book took payment for further delivery of the magazine readers digest
