Hi Everyone, Please be aware of the real estate brokers Dhanasekaran and the so called agreement holder Nagendran. These two guys are real cheater cheating in the srinivasa layout behind DLF gardens in Semmanchery. They will lure you with so many false promises that you dont have to make the full payment, do some during registration, rest afterwards etc. Also will call you many times before the registration date to close the deal help you on all approvals etc. But slowly when you get close to getting all the money organized Dhanasekaran will call and talk about giving some kind of hefty amount like 10 Lakhs or so as an advance to help close out the payment with the real owner in bangalore V.M. Kumar. if you stongly say No, they will let you loose for some days and right before the registration date when they know that you have all the money needed in the bank, Dhanasekaran will again start this advance amount discussion and then Nagendran will call as if he is owner and talks about the advance amount of 9 Laksh for the agreement to happen. If you say No to pay that advance amount, thats it, they will become unreachable and everything freezes there. Its just a way for them to talk nicely with you and lure you to pay the advance amount, once you do you're locked with them and you've to agree to whatever they say. this is plot no 26 and 27 srinivasa layout behind DLF gardens in Semmanchery. They have just an agreement for that plot and hold xerox copies of the plot thats all. its all to get some money from you and lock you into the deal and keep you running behind them I said no to pay any advance before the registration and all of sudden the Dhanasekaran and Nagendran who were calling me everyday became unreachable. Please be aware of these guys

This is now resolved as Dhanasekaran and Nagendran came up to discuss this issue with me and proved that it was just my perception on this issue and it may not be entirely true. We have had a complete agreement and treat this issue as resolved now.
