Sir... I booked a property from a dealer. By paying initial amount... Here i haven't done any agreement or any other commitments... Due to certain reasons i'm willing to cancel my booking.. When i asked for cancellation... They are telling that i can't get back (Refund) of my amount... Can anyone suggest me regarding this plz. Here i have payed 20k for one property and i haven't signed any agreement. For another property i paid 50k and just signed in the application form...
