Raised the complaint on 24.10.21 on TV display problem, but till date not resolved. I have sent a mail to [protected]@realme.com but there is no response. Every time i contact through customer care centre, they simply saying that they are sending my issue details to relevant team and they will contact you. But the problem not solved. The customer care executive given me the DTDC tracking details as G91038357 as a tracking number but it shows wrong number while iam tracking. Very Bad service from the Realme.
