I have ordered a phone on website https://www.realme.com/in/.
The full payment of Rs 9499 was done by me on 9th jan19. however till date the item is neither shipped nor delivered.
The order details are as follows:

I have contacted customer care and emailed also but still no joy
I have also written a mail to realme however on 12 Jan they replied that it will be delivered soon. however the delivery has yet not happened (after 11 days). The mail response from realme is attached alongwith for your reference
request delivery of my prepaid order may be complated asap
