RechargeItNow — postpaid bill payment- fraud suspicion

I have paid my airtel post paid bill yesterday using recharge it now through tez app. My payment was successful but payment has not been transferred to airtel still from recharge it now and hence my bill is still outstanding.

Also both tez and rechargeitnow customer care people or not responding to the phone calls for resolution. Pl look into this matter

During recharge in Airtel mobile 199 RS is deducted from my SBI account. But recharge is failed. Transaction is completed hence 199 RS is deducted. How money will be credited to my account?
