Red Taxi — lack of responsibility We made an advance booking for a red taxi cab on the 30th august asking them to be at Madurai airport at 1445hrs, I had to be on time for my office further meeting and we were standing outside airport in hot wheather. On delay reporting at 1500hrs, when I discussed with driver cause of Delay, simply replied talk to booking station in arrogant manner, When we called the customer service they gave us various reason and told us they will find out the status and let us know at once. They never did call back and we had to keep calling them to find out what was happening. Finally they answer on my call say that me and driver had mis understanding totally biased with drivers . This was very irresponsible on the part of the customer service. This way of answer will impact reputation of red taxi and sure impact their business.
