Red Taxi — late pickup | |||
Sir, we had booked a cab on 1 st april for travel to railway station on 2 nd april at 5:45. We had recd the confirmation msg of our booking the previous night but till the next day 5:40 we neither recd any call nor any msg from it company. At 5:40 we again called and then they said that they have already assigned it nd the driver will call shortly. The driver calls us at 5:50 nd says he is at sundarapuram. He reached the reqd pick up place only at 6:10. Pathetic service and this is not the first time but the third time. Was this information helpful? | |||
