[Resolved]  Redbus — 420 by red bus and Morya travel transport

I had perchesed ticket on red bus for Morya Travel for pune to nashik on 24th May 2017 for seat 5 and 6 in ñon a/c, but Morya travel did not inform about cancellation of travel and any thing and agent given me seat in Heena Travel that was very poor in condition, In this way both red bus and Morya travel cheat me. I have to take legal action for this customer cheating trend.

23.05.2017 we have booked chennai to nagercoil through red bus- paul Travels - upper sleeper No U4 - passenger name - V.mohana Sundram /46 Years/ [protected]/ ticket not booked but 850/- rupees deduct in our Indian Bank Account Ref Transaction number CCAEE1BUR719/Redbus.in/[protected].Kindly request you to refund in our account .
