[Resolved] Redbus — about issuing ticket. | |||||
Today it's happened for the 2nd time that redbus deducted balance from my bank account but did not gave me ticket. It always says sorry we can not issue you a ticket. That ticket was urgent to me and redbus did it again. I am just requesting it should not happen again and again and if there is any problem with account redbus should text me about it. I booked a ticket in red bus on 22/10/2018 . The bus was cancelled and I got a message mentioning that the journey got cancelled when I am coming back from native. I requested for my cash refund of Rs 1230/- .and it is not yet refunded, the customer care executive told me that it will get refunded with in 2 days

Oct 12th I booked the Chennai to Coimbatore bus ticket konjam travels but ticket not conform. But amount credit. My complaint no. 5597680.
