[Resolved]  Redbus — amount deducted but booking has not done

Tried to book the ticket on 19th november from mumbai to bangalore. But it didn't book but amount (2220) has been deducted from the account. Even didn't get any confirmation or transaction i'd. I can only provide you the bank transaction detail.

I am requesting you to please initiate the refund amount.
