Redbus — amount deducted from my account in the name of redbus but ticket not generated and failed transaction

I booked a ticket from lucknow to indore on june 1 2019 through redbus app.
But when i paid the money the ticket was not generated and no booking was done but still 2110 rupees were deducted from my account.
I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
