Redbus — Amount deducted ticket not booked

I was trying to book the ticket from Hyderabad to Hospet for the date 25th Jan 2017; the amount was debited from my bank account and the ticket was not issued.

Redbus is saying the amount should appear back into the account within 5 to 7 days but no sign of it.
