[Resolved] Redbus — amount not refunded | |||
Dear redbus, I was booking a ticket on dated 06th march 2020 from haridwar to lucknow but on last stage after payment got an error message sorry for inconvenient something went wrong may be tickets not available. No any mess. Or mail got for ticket confirmation but after departing of bus i got ticket invoice for ticket booking, what should i do. I want my amount back please do needful as soon as possible. As discussed, we have processed a complete refund for the ticket ID: TP[protected] to the source account and the amount shall be reflecting in your account within the next 5-7 bank working days as per the standard banking procedures.
