[Resolved] Redbus — amount was deducted but ticket not booked and money not refunded yet after 7 working days.

I have booked Tickt from Ahmedabad to Mumbai for FATE : 05-NOV in Hk Travels .

I have used UPI application of TEZ to make trasaction, that is integrated in reDBus App. My amount was deducted, but ticket was not booked.

I called customer care, but they told me that they will Refund amount in 7 working Days . today is 9 th working Day still not refunded. Called Customer Care multiple Times, but try to make fool to customer.
