[Resolved] Redbus — amount was not refunded to my account | |||||
I booked ticket on[protected]monday) from thanjuvur to chennai in New united Travels. departure-10:30 pm, seat no.9. LATER I GOT A CALL FROM[protected].I didn't cancelled my ticket but they(redbus operator) said, " your ticket was cancelled due to bus routes and timings are changed and we will refund the full amount rs.400 to your account". if you cancelled my ticket then how can i go to chennai? still the amount was not refunded. what are you doing sir? daily i call you, you simply said, "it will automatically updated in 24 hrs". are you kidding me? how long we wait sir? please reply...
