[Resolved] Redbus — bad services and traveling inconvenience

So bad experience with travaling with redbus they do not care or loyal with their services and no matters that woman or child are traveling in the bus. My complaint is not resolved yet and refund is also not come and i was totaly disappointed about the service costomer suport team was not cooperate proparly.
So i was decided to file complaint in consumer cort against redbus and attached the complaint number
