[Resolved] Redbus — Bad services | |
Hii A complete fraud system is organized in redbus my ticket was on 27th of March 21 with yatra guru travels the bus timing was 6:15 it get delayed 2.30 hours also the boarding point was changed. And reason which was shared i.e technical was completely false and operators were filling seats by their different sources. Also their was no safety precautions regarding covid. Also one bus operators seems to be drunk. And redbus customer care don't have any solution and didn't do anything. A complete unsafe, unsecure, unhyegenic, waste of money, loss of time, is there why there is a kind of dadagiri going on. Was this information helpful? | |
