[Resolved] Redbus — board point issue / srs travail _ need refund | |||
I am attaching redbus booking snap my bording point was madiwala they call me at 11 that u have to majestic and when i reach majestic agin they told me bus has been left from here come at yeshwanthpur. Firstly they dont even speak on call just call me and disconnected the call. I trust on redbus and book the ticket if i am cooperatiing with them then they have to wait for me for 5 min. At yeshwanthpur bus passed from my side and i reached at srs office near to me they also not responded me properly and that time i was on call with redbus expert. I dont want any excuses from you or operative call me and refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
