[Resolved] Redbus — booked ticket got cancelled by operator without my knowledge | |||
I booked a ticket from Sathyamangalam to Chennai in Ganapati travels through red bus platform. The bus operator has cancelled my ticket without my knowledge and deducted 10% from my bus fare. The bus operator cancelled my ticket and increased bus fare and released the ticket again ooen for booking. When i tried to contact redBus regarding this and raised many complaints but there are responding it was not their responsibility, redBus is just platform if bus operator cancels it's not their concern. I need to know what assurity is redBus giving customer for booking tickets in their platform. I need my 10% deduction back and also if it happened before tje day of boarding what i supposed to do, i enquired in redBus their simply disconnected my call. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 13, 2019 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Greetings from redBus!! We regret the hassle. On checking we see that as per your request ticket was canceled and refund of Rs 741 has been successfully credited back to source account for ticket id: TN4X52961276. Your bus was not canceled. However we've initiated refund of Rs 95 for cancellation charges also back to source account on 13th April 2019. It will reflect in your account in 7 bank working days.
