[Resolved] Redbus — booking failure twice | |||
I had booked twice for ichalkaranji to ngadi-pune today. While making online payment, the payment was successful wide icici bank tranasaction id no [protected] and [protected] deducting rs 600/- each time. But booking was failed both time. So i had to book personally by making cash payment with ashoka tour & travels, ichalkaranji wide pnr no[protected] dt 26-1-20. So i want to know when money deducted from my account will be credited back. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is Yohan Veluvala travelling frequently from 2015 with orange travels. This time I had very bad experience with orange staff right from booking. I booked seat no L7 in bus no KA51AC6025, BUT my seat was changed to L1 which is inconvenient. Staff behavior is worst other than driver, they told we can't carry luggage as luggage cabin not working
