This is for your kind attentions that we put two tickets from chidambaram to coimbatore in rathimeena in the name juhi isshwarya kangayam and kalpana devi vellakovil while making payment redbus app send a massage indicating that your time for making payment is over book a fresh ticket
and then we tried many time but process is not completed
after one hour we book another two ticket in the same name juhi isswarhya kangayam and kalpana devi vellakovil we book fresh ticket from arasu transport ticket no TN4M38570868

BUT I GOT A MESSAGE FROM RATHIMMENA THAT TICKET NO TN4M24149364 IS CONFORMED IN THE ABOVE NOTED NAME AT 8.20 P.M SUDDENTLY CONTACT THE CONTACT PERSON OF RATHIMMEENA REGARDING ABOVE SAID COMPLAINT AND WE CANNOT TRAVEL IN TWO BUSES AT SAME TIME IN SAME DAY WE AIREADY BOARED AT ARASU TRANSPORT CHIDAMBARAM SO WE UNABLE TO TRAVEL IN YOUR BUS AND INFORM YOUR MANEMENT . THEY ADVISED US KINDLY COMPLAINT ABOUT APPS MALFUNCTION INFORMATION ON ONLINE REDBUS MAIL

KINDLY GO THROUGH OUR BOOKING PROCESS AND HELP US AND REFUND THE AMOUNT WRONGLY CREDITED RS 1210/--IN RATHIMEENA ACCOUNT SIR
