Redbus — booking refund request | |||
I have booked ticket through redbus on 5th jan from dindigul to bangalore in jtv travels. Though boarding point was not mentioned in the ticket clearly, after contacting redbus operators, i reached boarding point before 30 minutes. I have been waiting more than two hours in the boarding point but no updates from redbus nor jtv travels. Find my ticket details below, tried to contact jtv travels many times on various help lines but not reachable or incorrect numbers were given in the contact information. I waited so long at the boarding point told by redbus operator and arranged for other travels by my own and reached bangalore. When i contacted redbus operator, he told me that he will refund the amount initially later i got a call from them saying that bus reached to different location boarded few people's from that location and refund will not happen. 1. After contacting redbus operator, i reached boarding point and waited more than 3 hours but i didn't get to know about the proper location and this is not a fault from my side 2. It's travel operator's responsibility to make sure that all travellers are boarded properly on time. Even i contacted them many times in many ways, no body answered my calls.3. What's the reason for accepting refund amount first and later why it was not accepted though it was a responsibility from jtv travels and redbus? Was this information helpful? | |||
